Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy applies to PassportFrame (passportframe.com) and supplements our Terms of Service.

Permitted use

PassportFrame is for preparing passport, visa, and similar identity photos for your own legitimate government or travel applications. You may upload only photos you have the right to use (typically a selfie of yourself).

Prohibited use

You may not use PassportFrame to:

• Create deepfakes, face-swaps, or manipulated likenesses intended to deceive or impersonate another person.
• Process photos of another person without their consent, or for fraudulent identity documents.
• Upload illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate PassportFrame as a generic photo booth or face-editing service unrelated to official document applications.
• Abuse rate limits, payment systems, download links, or attempt to access others' orders.

Enforcement

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or report abuse when we detect violations. Report concerns to support@passportframe.com.
